Welcome to BY WOMEN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on BY WOMEN's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, or error in your order.
Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money. All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be processed and sent out on the next scheduled delivery date.
Pick-ups are available at Diya Organics – Haatso between 9am-5pm from Mondays to Saturdays.
For international orders, delivery takes 3-5 working days depending on customs and courier services in your country.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Any item to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unused and resalable condition. Any return or exchange should be sent back in the original, undamaged packaging, plus any accessories or extras that may have been included.
Refunds are only applicable if the item delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described. Please be sure to check our size guide and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
6. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the website, to understand our practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BY WOMEN or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BY WOMEN's website, even if BY WOMEN or a BY WOMEN authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
9. Changes to Terms
BY WOMEN reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
